We process the data you provide through the site's forms (contact, access request, Club sign-up) and within the contractual relationship: first and last name, email address, phone number, and any information you voluntarily include in your messages. When you purchase the software we may also process the identification and billing data needed to formalize the contract.
The legal basis is, depending on the case: your consent (forms and commercial communications), the performance of a contract or of pre-contractual measures, compliance with legal obligations (for example, tax obligations) and our legitimate interest in handling your inquiries and improving our services.
We keep your data for as long as your relationship with us continues and, after it ends, for the legally required periods to address any potential liabilities. Data processed on the basis of your consent is kept until you withdraw it.
We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. We may use service providers (for example, web hosting or email delivery) acting as data processors, with the appropriate contractual and security guarantees.
